What size shower door do I need? Are shower head slide rails adjustabl

The gap between the two tiled walls in my shower enclosure is 72cm/720mm. I'm unsure which size shower door to get. Do I get a 700mm or 760mm?
Also, the two screw holes for the shower head slide rail are only 48cm apart but all the ones in shop seem to be very long. Are they adjustable?
