Bathroom shower mold & damp on wall other side of shower?
The bathroom shower is on the wall of the outside of the house & the landing wall at the top of the stairs. Mold forms very easily and it appears that some water leaks through the shower tile grouting into wall. I am considering replacing the shower but would like the mold & damp problem sorted out first, probably needs expert survey?
