Coating and waterproofing a rough stone wall inside a shower cubicle

I am installing a walk in shower but one wall inside the cubicle is a bare rough stone wall mortared with lime. What should I coat this with? I am looking for a white finish and want to retain the rough stone look, preferably mould resistant and easily cleanable.
