Hi, I have had a wetroom installed and there is an issue with the water pooling outside the shower area and running towards the bathroom door. The builder said they have installed a 900x900 tray under the tiles but the slope on the tiles is only 600x600. Their solution was to use a bath mat and squidgy to stop the water running towards to door. From the research I have done I understand that you should not get pooling water on a wetroom floor and it certainly shouldn’t be running towards the door. Please can you advise me on what should happen ?
