Why is it that when I spend money on a product and don't receive any thing I am entitled to a refund I have been with this company over 10 yrs and yet we can only claim 20% of our money back if you went into a shop and bought something and took it back and they told you could only get 20%back you wouldn't accept it so why should we you should be sorting these time wasters if I spend £10 I should get £10 back not 20% your screwing the people that pay your wages. I'm getting fed up with your policies that suit you.
