Hello, I am currently in talks for work to be completed. I have just realised the company name on the invoice is dissolved. I have searched the owner on companies House and he has an active company. Why would he be trading in his dissolved company and not his active company? Am I still protected? He had hundreds of good reviews but I feel like something is amiss. Please help. The company dissolved around 2015 and I can see he has multiple reviews since then under this dissolved company. His active company has been running since 2019. I cannot find any reviews under his active company
