I have tiled walls but I’m replacing the shower floor with a shower resin tray so my tray will now butt against the tile wall. I have a gap along the front of approx 1.5”. First I need to know since the tray does not go under or behind tile should the floor and up 1.3” be waterproofed? Also I need to fill the gap along front with something, I was thinking grout? Please help
