My toilet drain fills with water while I flush and it goes slow-flushing , and it takes 40 seconds to pass the water( slowly), which is why dust also doesn't pass. What can I do? I used to throw the toilet paper. I thought it got stuck or something else because as per the house owner, it is an old house . What do I have to do? Would you mind guiding me, please?
