I need a builder to come round and tell me what is causing the damp wall in my living room that has suddenly appeared. There are no pipes in this part of the house, so it wouldn't be a plumber.
I don't know what the problem is until someone comes out to inspect it, but I am being asked for more information on the job. How do I sort this please?
