Q1) can a builder add work without discussion to a project when only an estimate is given and charge for it;
Q2) can a builder delay by 3 months a project without compensating for it when work completion was communicated prior to commencement with an 8 week window for 4 weeks work estimated?
Q3) can a builder increase price by 36% of estimate without consulting client and demand payment “today”?
