Damp at interior wall to floor joint

Posted by Elis Till, on
Hi, Im renovating my house and I've chipped the plaster off the internal walls and chipped down the concrete floor so that I can add a layer of insulation on the floor, I'm going to self level the floor then add the insulation panels. But I've ran into an issue, along the floor to wall corners are slightly wet/damp, the same with the bricks in the floor where the doorway is. What should I do about this?

What would you like to do now?
