I have round black circles on my ceiling along the edge. They look like perfect circles and are uniformed along the window and in the boiler room. I don’t think they are mould, what would be causing this and can I do anything to prevent it? I’ve read up about ghosting but as these are perfectly round I wondered if it is anything to do with the nails in the floorboards from the above flat
