Hi I am new to the App. And a customer has given me a 1 star review. Because I couldn’t accept the amount she wanted to pay for the amount of work that needed doing (which I felt was unrealistic). I quoted £375 for labour for a large living room. She said it was to expensive and I said no problem not to worry. But she has then gone and given me a 1 star review. As I say I am new to the app and so a 1 star review when you only have 2 reviews does skew the average some what. I wouldn’t mind if I had done the job but as all I did was give her a quote it seems unfair to have this on my profile. I have reached out to her but she did not respond. Any help would be much appreciated.
