I have an old house (1700s) that was then covered with what I think is called 'wet dash' and then painted. As much as I woudl like the pebble dash removed, I dont' know that it's a feasible optin, but the paint is flaking badly -sometimes large sections of paint are separate from the dash behind. The dash seems in good condition all over apart from a few cracks which I am grinding, cleaning and filling. Question is - how do I get flaking paint off pebble dash?
