Can I be refunded for a job a that has been done morbidly wrong

I had someone come and paint my kitchen and put a wallpaper up in the living room on just the one wall. The wallpapering was done really badly and paint has been left on my units and on the floor, I was under the impression this site was for professionals and all workers in this site have been verified in there respective fields! I just want some advice on what I could do to get this sorted as I need someone to claim responsibility and I thought I’d contact ratedpeople first.
