We've discovered the decorator we got from Rated people has not rubbed down or prepared the gloss paintwork throughout the entire house before he painted it. We feel he has taken advantage of us. When I discovered him doing this, he was rude and denied doing it. Is this practice normal for decorators on Rated people?
