Our second bedroom has a lean-too attached. There are sections of wall which we cannot paint or paper without it coming off. Both walls have been freshly plastered in the last 10 years. The “interior” wall, the paint peels off. The external wall, in the lean-too, the paint turns to powder. Does anyone have recommendations on what would cause these issues? Many thanks.
