I joined you last week and with a day or so I SLIPPED AND TWISTED MY ANKLE I contacted you and have a copy of chat you saying that I informed you to cancel 14 days to cool off law and asked you to implement this and refund my money you said 24 to 48 hours it has been over 96 now you seem to be ignoring my request why and not being able to speak to ANYONE CRAZY BUT I WANT MY MONEY BACK PLEASE I am 68 and now not able to do any work so refund me please
