Yes it can be between two wall units but as with all gas appliances job etc and being a gas safe registered engineer I always consult manufacturers instructions of instructions aren't available contact them directly regards Richard

Can a retractable 600mm wide fan extractor be positioned between two wall units spaced 600mm. apart(one either side of the gas hob)without leaving a gap.The vertical space between the gas hob and the underside of the fan extractor being 750mm .
What height is required between the top of the gas hob /work top and the underside of the two wall units either side of the gas hob.Thanks
