Got the following job and have no idea how to categorise it to post in "Find a trade". The job involves:
1. Tracing and fixing a long-term leak in bathroom plumbing, that's finally reached kitchen and brought down ceiling
2. Strip back, trace and remove black mould wooden lath
3. Trace, remove and treat dry rot that appears to have formed due to leakage
4. Make good/rebuild structure and replaster
