I have a question. We are living in a land where there are two detached houses and one driveway for both. I spoke to my neighbour, and he accepted to build a wall between both of us. And I’m going to resign for the main gate to him, or in other words, giving the gate to him.
I think we need permission to dropped kerb to open another gate.In this case, do I need a surveyor? And permission?
