Electric underfloor heating not working in bathroom

We have a Thermonet thermostat installed outside our bathroom for the electric underfloor heating beneath the bathroom floor. The thermostat display indicates the floor temperature should rise to the temperature set, but there is no heat at all coming through the bathroom tiles and the floor is completely cold. The system is about 6-7 years old.
