We had our back garden landscaped & paved by Oakland's Landscaping (Grimsby) not even 2 years ago. Half of the paving is loose, the mortar between slabs disintegrated, despite contacting the company numerous times ( the first time in June 2023) I have had no response, where do I go from here to get it repaired?
