How to re-pair a British Gas (Geo) In House Monitor (IHM).

My BG IHM has lost contact with the Gas and Elec Smart meters. Can anyone provide me with re-pairing instructions? The “Advanced Settings - Pairing” option requests an Installer PIN. I do not have one. Is there a default PIN code or a method to reset the IHM? Cannot find any User Manuals for the IHM on the web. Thanks.
