My apartment has high ceilings (16ft), large window (10ftx8ft) and a door with windows out to the balcony. The windows are double glazed. I have storage heaters but no Matter how high I set the heaters although the room temperature is fine the area 1-2feet above the floor is cold. How can I fix this? Underfloor heating ? Triple glazing? Other?
