I want to install a ventilation fan in my garage that also houses both my gas water heater and furnace. Will the possible negative pressure created by the fan cause problems with the gas appliances’ combustion? The garage is 20w x 20d x 10h (feet). The model of fan I am thinking about installing is 500cfm. It would be about 20’ away from the appliances. There are no other openings in the garage besides the doors.
