Hi, I am looking at buying a property and it has quite a few cracks behind the boiler. I wanted to know if this has been badly installed, or if they are structural things to worry about? They run from top to bottom down the whole wall and some come from where the flue exits to the external wall. It is an old cinema built in 1910 and converted to flats in 2006 I believe.
