How can I be sure that the person who makes an appointment with me, actually turns up. I have planned my whole day around a visit for a quote and the work to be done tomorrow. I even contacted him at lunchtime and he said he was coming later but no show. I don't deserve this. I'm paying the tradesman; he's not paying me!
