Apologies for my basic knowledge but our Honeywell controller (in the kitchen) is not turning on/calling for hot water from the boiler (an Ideal Icons Boiler). Even when we force it into continuous we get nothing. The boiler seems to be working as it's not showing any error messages. When I manually open the Honeywell valve for the heating it temporarily brings on the pump and boiler, during which I can see that the boiler fires up and begins heating water. I have checked the connection from the controller in the kitchen which I imagine is where the 4 core cable comes from at the boiler which powers the boiler, pump and valves. We can't get an expert out until the 6th and are freezing in the house, is there a way to bypass the controller so we can just manually turn on the boiler/pump/valves. Whether this is a feature somewhere or by shorting the control board?? Many thanks
