Bleed valve stuck even after wd40 can I bleed radiator any other way?

The bleed valve on a radiator is not only in an awkward location at the back of a radiator close to a wall but is stuck. Radiator key does not grip and wd40 has not helped. Can I bleed the radiator any other way? Pliers on the outer hexagonal part of valve or by using a screwdriver to open the lockshield valve? Will it impact other radiators in the house?
