How much does replacing a valve in a boiler should cost incl. Labour?

We have attended to the above property to investigate the reported boiler issue. When we have arrived on site we have found the gas valve to be faulty and needs to be replaced. In the past when we've had this fault on the gas valve it has also blown the PCB. The gas valve needs to be replaced but the landlord also needs to be prepared to replace the PCB if this has been damaged by the faulty gas valve.
