I’m currently in the process of getting a loft conversion and the neighbours that I share the party wall with are tenants, I don’t know who the landlord is. I’ve spoken with the tenants and their find with my loft conversion, should I still notify the landlord and serve a party wall notice cause I don’t fancy going down the route of getting a party wall agreement in case the landlord declines are party wall notice. Any and all advice is appreciated.
