I have recently removed wood boards off the entrance wall and discovered a patch (2m30 x 1m30) of artex paint. I sent a sample to get it tested and it has chrysotile. The problem is there is a big crack in the wall that needs to be fixed otherwise would just get it skimmed over. How should I proceed now? Thanks.
