Dimitrios... sounds like, your HWC is not big enough for your hot water demand from your property. The hot water in a cylinder will take a little time to heat up. A combination boiler outputs hot water near enough instantaneously. I recommend calling your local plumber for a diagnostics and then take it from there! I hope this helps! J Ireland Plumber
