Problems with water supply to bathroom sink and toilet.

Does any of you guys have any idea how I could fix this? Kitchen water supply is perfect, my electric shower also does not have any problem. Although eventually some water will reach the bathroom tap and toilet it takes forever to build up and does not last long its as if something is blocking the flow.
Any advice would be appreciated.
