Hi. Is it possible to have a new mains water stopcock fitted without removing the old one?
We have an ancient stopcock in a void beneath our house, accessible only by a tiny ladder through a hatch in a cupboard under the stairs.
I’d like to fit a new one somewhere more accessible, preferably without removing the old one.
