Connect movable sink to building's main water supply?

Posted by Joanie Yeung, on
We have a commercial kitchen sink which we want it to be movable so that we can store in a storeroom when not using, and be easily moved out of the storeroom when we need it on some occasions (only needs to move about 2 meters). Is it possible to connect the sink to the building's main water supply and sewage drain like a normal fixed sink but with long flexible hose/pipes (i.e. without needing to fill up the typical big plastic buckets as a water supply like many mobile sinks require). And if the sewage is not possible, then can we at least do the cold water supply? FYI, there's a kitchen behind this storeroom, which means there's water supply nearby behind the wall. Thanks!
