I raised a job through rated people for a Vanity unit to be fitted. Clearwater Plumbing services came back to me. Time booked in to install a Vanity unit. I paid them immediately. Unfortunately it has leaked from when they installed it. They came back once and it is still leaking. I was informed that i had a 3 month guarantee. I have tried to contact them 5 times and get no reply. Phone is cut dead. I am now having to employ another plumber to do the work tomorrow. I want to know if this is the type of people you want to advertise on rated people? And if l can claim money back from Rated People as l took your recommendation and l now have to pay someone
