Hi We had to replace our shower new one is fitted (same model) water pressure is great we can get freezing cold water and when we turn the dial to hot its still cold water coming out? Is there anything we should be doing or do we have a faulty shower? Model is Aqaulisa quartz 10.5 kw any help greatly appreciated
