Is balanced ventilation normal in a shared apartment. I live in a house that was converted into two apartments using closed doors etc. i get a lot of bad air, condensation, severe bad smells whenever my neighbours cook etc. The air is not fresh and i often wake up drenched in sweat. When they are not home upstairs, the air is usually better down here. Is this normal?
