Does low water pressure from water supplier affect boiler pressure?

United Utilities have pipe leaks in our area. This is affecting the pressure of the water in our houses in our village. It’s basically lower than usual. Could this be the reason why the pressure on our 4 year old worcester boiler keeps dropping & we have to keep topping it up or are they totally separate?
