Have a problem with gravity fed cold water not coming out of any taps after closing and then reopening the stop cock connected to the cold water storage tank in the loft.
The stop cock valve winds closed to a stop and open to a stop quite freely, and because it is the clod water I struggle to believe that this can be an air lock.
