Cost of replacing a towel radiator

Hi, I’m looking to replace a small bathroom towel radiator 700(H)*420(W)mm in central Cambridge (CB1 area) Most of the new ones I can find is 700*400. Would it be possible to replace? If so, what’s the estimate costs? thanks!
