Hot water to sinks using shower pump or undersink water heater?

Hi,
Currently we have a hot water gravity tank in the loft. The tank feeds 4 sinks by gravity and 2 showers via a shower pump in the loft. So takes a while to get hot water to all sinks. We would like to at least have hot water fast to the kitchen sink.
As such, need advise if possible and advisable to feed the 4 sinks using the shower pump?
IF this is not possible the alternative is to fit a 15lt undersink water heater in the kitchen.
Which would be the best alternative?
Any other suggestions?
