We have a small porch with a flat felt roof (2.2m x 2.4m). The felt is crumbling and leaking when we have heavy rain. We have had a few quotes to reroof with rubber which have varied wildly, so wanted to find out how much I should realistically be expecting to pay. It's possible we would also need the roof reboarding (though it isn't visibly sagging), I would t expect with the small roof area for this to make a huge difference to the cost. We are located in Leicestershire.
