The roof on my Victorian terrace is on its last legs. We were planning on doing a loft conversion at some point. So rather than paying for a new roof repair alone we thought it makes sense to start on the loft conversion. However, like many people, money is tight. Can anyone give me a rough idea of how much it would cost to do the most basic loft conversion. All I want is the structural elements to be done. Replace tiles, install two velox windows, put any steelwork in to make an open space. I just want to be left with an open space.
