I posted job on here in April 24, as the window was leaking. I had it looked at and was persuaded to have all the window seals changed. I paid £800 since then the same window is leaking. I have spoke to the trade person twice, messaged him multiple times and now his phone goes straight to voice message. I have left a couple of messages but he has not returned my calls. Who do I report this too
