Elliott responded quickly to my request, indicating that he could view the job promptly. However the damage incurred by the snow turned out to be less extensive than first thought and I did not need to proceed with this. Since the website requires a star rating I have given him good ratings bsed on the email exchange with him alone, no work having ben done.

Frank, was polite, up front about costs and started straight away after I accepted his services. Sorted out my lighting dilemma quickly and my constantly on extractor fan. Very pleased with the work carried out re-connecting the gas supply to our boiler. Careful consideration was given to minimising the aesthetic impact of the work by routing the piping in the most discreet manner through the house. Pete and his team were friendly, considerate and respectful, provided a prompt quotation, performed the work to original cost despite a slight overrun (due to heavier drilling required), left our home tidy and clean, and with a fully functioning boiler again...thank you!
