Hi, I am a director of my own company specializing in electrical and fire alarm installations and maintence contracts. I have been a sole trader for 2 years and have worked in the industry for 7 years. I have worked in different environments such as agriculture and domestic and also have worked on suppression systems in food factories and data centres. I am a level 3 qualified electrician with test and inspection knowledge.i also have my 18th edition qualifications. I can also undertake PAT testing, Electrical Vehicle Charging points and fire alarm contracts if required. I am a tidy tradesman with experience in building as well so can also plaster and make good. Jacques came to install a shower screen and fix a light. Within hours, the shower screen fell and shattered because he failed to anchor it correctly. The light he fixed now only turns on but won’t turn off. Despite multiple calls from me and my tenants, he’s ignoring all contact. His high rating is misleading and possibly manipulated. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against using him. And because of him, i dot think i want to use rated people anymore

These people came and gave us a quote very promptly. Jennie was very helpful and polite on the phone. Marco turned up at the agreed time and did a wonderful job. Because we had not supplied enough skirting board, we had an issue with a join under the window. Marco came the next day and not only finished the job, but also removed the joined pieces which he had already fixed and replaced with a complete piece at no extra cost. They said only to pay when 100% happy, and we were. Excellent service.
