Damion from swift & neatmuilttrader ltd was fantastic!! he came & viewed the chimney, gave me a very reasonable quote, also didn't make a fuss as some other roofers did!! did the work in under 30min.. excellent job, he very professional. will be using him again on other bits around the house! 5 Star.

John came by the same day as I asked for the quote in the evening which was very convenient and fixed my fused lights, rewired them without having to pull the loft insulation apart, great job - thanks very much, lovely man, would defo use again and recommend.

We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. I would thoroughly recommend LFC to anyone in need of build work – large or small, their prices are incredibly good and the dedication and attention to detail are very impressive. Very much look forward to using LFC in the future.

Eclipse electrical were great, instant and continuos contact whilst arranging a time to do my job. They arrived on the day we agreed on time and completed the job at the price we agreed. Sam was very conscientious, polite and reliable. He was able to work around my timings and give me advice for ongoing electrical needs. My property had a number of electrical disasters waiting to happen and Sam resolved each one whilst not losing heart (despite the job going on for longer than was expected). Ondrej was able to sort out my fused electrics very quickly and at a reasonable price. He explained why my electrics had fused and gave me some good advice for future work that needs doing.
